I was shocked that this photo was taken. To be able to take a photo like that must have been very difficult. I didn't like that the journalist asked the sister of the man they thought was "fallling man " if it was him AT HIS FUNERAL. I think the photo captures a horrible time, yet how he falls is so peaceful and almost calm. I was surprised how rude people acted about the photo. I don't think it can be counted as suicide and I think its sad that people acted like that.

final exam planning

My story is going to be a day in the life of a high school student when they aren't in class. I am going to use my best friend as the subject and document her day from when she gets up in the morning to when she falls asleep. I would be shooting at her house and downtown Austin. I would shoot over the weekend because I can use two days to get footage. I only need to use my camera because I can take video on it and possibly a tripod. I am going to use the still photos for the beginning and end and I will take my videos in the middle. I also want to use several pictures in quick succession to make it look like she is moving. My narration is going to be at the beginning and the very end. I also think that it might look good to do a time lapse for my video, but it just depends on time and what looks right with the photos.
